I had seen some stretching movements in Power90 and even P90X. Obviously enter the philosophy of yoga takes a long time and it would be wrong to be limited to certain positions to be able to say, to do yoga, so that even the people who practice it for a lifetime claim to be in continuous learning.
But there are some positions that may be useful simply for the work that they do on stretching muscle groups. My idea, from this post, is to publish every now and then a few positions that I will try for first to experiment.
