Now - Friday -'ll give you two days off and Monday will share with CML 2.1 which is the same program, but following the third calendar, the most intense.
But let's get with the program.
PRO
Workout fun and simple. The positions are explained in the first dvd and after a couple of times are automatic.
The music is really suitable: they give the necessary push to follow throughout the workout.
Two coaches really good and motivating.
It can be done either by those who are already in good condition and by those who is in his first time.
There are changes for beginners and for those who can not do certain jumps.
The skin visibly improved thanks to the fact that after the first few minutes you start to sweat so much, eliminating toxins.
Great anti stress.
It strengthens the shoulders and legs.
Allows you to take the first steps in the "power lifting", although not a real program based on weights.
AGAINST
Do not expect a program of "body building" as it might be P90X or The Beast.
The only observation that perhaps you could make is that the warm up and cool down are often a bit 'too fast.
