Total body circuit...settimana scorso odiavo questo allenamento...oggi invece mi son proprio divertito...penso che il fatto di aver perso abbastanza peso fino ad ora mi stia davvero aiutando (saltare e correre con sette chili in meno addosso diventa molto meno impegnativo e stancante).
Stamattina mi sono allenato a stomaco vuoto e devo dire che forse è andata meglio del solito proprio per quello. O forse una via di mezzo potrebbe essere trovare la giusta combinazione di nutrienti pre workout.

Total body circuit ... I hated this workout last week ... but today I really enjoyed it ... I think the fact that to have lost enough weight so far is really helping me (jump and run with 14 pounds lighter becomes much less demanding and tiring).
I trained this morning with empty stomach and I have to say that perhaps it was better than usual because of that. Or perhaps a middle ground might be to find the right combination of nutrients pre workout.
